Meet Dr. Heather Zak, Dentist & Owner. After earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2001, Dr. Zak completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia. That experience brought her to the Hampton Roads (757) area – and she’s been proud to call it home ever since.

Dr. Zak has been caring for patients in her own dental practice since 2005, with her current office located in Suffolk, Virginia. Over the years, she’s built a welcoming environment where patients can relax, feel understood, and actually enjoy their dental visits.

Savings Plan

Dr. Heather Zak-Ramsay and staff are happy to offer an in house savings plan to aid in patient care. This plan includes the following for our patients, with no need for employment held, no deductible nor maximum amount limitation met. We have found it is particularly helpful for families searching for aid in treatment, and those who may be retirees.

  • Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
  • Doctor exams (2 per year)
  • Bitwing x-rays and Panoramic x-ray (1 per year)
  • Problem focused limited exam (1 per year)

15% off all other treatments

In Office Savings Plan

This is an annual reduced fee dental plan that allows our patients to be treated by our staff for a percentage off of our office, usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) fees. This is a dental benefit membership program where a one time payment is made for an annual cycle. This dental discount plan is not an insurance plan, no claims are filed, and no payments are made to any other healthcare providers.

$400 annual membership benefit fee per patient.
